Since moving to los angeles, one of my favorite things to do is go to the Beverly Whilshire Hotel for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, you name it......I will go there most anyday for any reason if I can. I have run into old friends from New York there like Susan Kasen, who used to own a wonderful floral design studio called "The Green Thumb" on 65th and Msdison and Preston Baily who owns almost anything to do with great design........Yesteday, between appoitments, I decided to go to lunch and ordered the "special"...........actually the food is always so good there i asked the server to bring me her best shot.........

She served me the Sea Bass with blood red oranges, creamy risotto and baby beets...............YUM! Cokked perfectly, loved everybit.........Later, Mark Anderson from the catering department stopped by my table, we had a great chat and that was just another great experience at the Beverly Whilshire.....
