Simple pleasures are the best..........we forget this sometimes especially with food. We try to copy other chefs or impress our friends.......but if you take a step back and learn to appreciate good flavors, great color and wonderful product, you might want to think about cooking something like this.
Grilled sirloin steak, corn on the cob, apricots, with a simple salad of marinated cucumbers, tomatoes, and basil (I used red wine vinegar).......a little garnish of edible flowers and a simple little drizzle of raspberry balsamic vinegar
